This year, Utah lawmakers boldly passed legislation that provides pay increases and state-funded liability insurance to public school teachers—while also preventing YOUR tax-dollars from flowing to radical union politics that are out of touch with Utah teachers’ and families’ values.

Indeed, when the Utah Education Association (UEA) believes that spending teachers’ dues on an agenda to advance racial and social justice in Utah schools, it’s time to take a stand.

Gov. Cox signed HB267 into law, ensuring that taxpayers are no longer forced to subsidize this activist UEA agenda — making Utah the gold-standard for protecting the hard-earned dollars of all Utah families.

Now, the UEA is taking the fight to the ballot, leading efforts to repeal and strip HB267’s sweeping protections entirely.
